ECA Donations
If you require a tax credit for your contribution, you can donate using Mesa Public School’s WebPay system.
Arizona law provides a tax credit for contributions to public schools to support extracurricular activities or character education.
You can help Dobson Drama students and possibly lower your tax bill by making a donation.
Folks, tax season is coming. If you’re not already planning on making an ECA donation this year, we would greatly appreciate your contribution to Dobson Drama! The ECA Tax Credit is available to Arizona residents filing taxes. A tax credit pays down your state tax burden, and any excess is paid right back to you! That means if you owe nothing, and you donate $200, then you will receive a $200 tax refund. The maximum credit a single person can receive is $200, or $400 for a married couple filing jointly. The state tax credit is available to ALL qualifying individual Arizona state taxpayers. You do not need to have a child enrolled in a school to take advantage of this state tax credit. It is always best to consult a tax adviser to see if you qualify for the dollar-for-dollar credit.
Please note: To be eligible for a state tax credit for 2021, your contribution must be received or postmarked by April 15, 2022. ECA donations are not refundable.
If you are interested in making a full ECA donation to Dobson Drama, we would be happy to offer you 5 complimentary season tickets per show during for the 2021-22 Season.

To make a donation with MPS WebPay, click the “Donate” button at the bottom of this page. You will be taken to the MPS WebPay site, where you can either login, create an account, or use a guest account. We suggest using a guest account for making quick donations.

Once your account is set up, click the following menu items to navigate to the Dobson Drama ECA account: “Items at all Schools” > “High Schools” > “Dobson High” > “Donation – ECA Tax Credit Eligible” > “PROGRAMS A – F”

Scroll down to Drama ECA and input the amount of money and quantity of donations you wish to make. We suggest 1 donation of $200.00, as this is the limit for single individuals. However, if you are married and filing jointly, you can receive a tax credit for donations up to $400.00. Once you are finished, select “Add” and scroll up to your Cart.
